Kin Early Education Service’s hold child safety as a priority and is committed to being a child safe organisation.
We will adhere to our obligations of Safeguarding children against abuse, neglect and harm. As a child safe organisation, all of our candidates must have or obtain a valid working with child check.

Recruitment Approach
Kin Early Education is an equal opportunity employer and as such accepts applications from all candidates who possess the correct qualifications and experience for the positions advertised.
We accept applications from candidates that hold a Certificate 3 in Children’s services, a Diploma in Children’s Services qualification or Bachelor- in Early Childhood for all educator roles. We require all qualifications to be recognized and documented on the list of approved qualifications listing set out by ACECQA.
A current Level 2 first aid certificate, including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis as well as a valid working with children’s check is a requirement for all employees of Kin Early Education.
All candidates considered suitable for an available role will be invited to undertake an interview process. Suitable candidates will be notified of the outcome of their application.
